B-Lite is my Daily Energizer
Its been a busy time for me. I am so glad I have the B-Lite capsules. I usually only need one of the B-Lite Daily Energizer and I have plenty of energy to get thru the day. But sometimes on a VERY busy day I take another B-Lite mid day. I really love this product.
B-Lite also curbs my sweet tooth. I can pass on a brownie now. I eat less now.
I have lost a few inches too. With summer here, that is so welcomed :)
Soon I will be adding the B-Safe to help build my immune system and clean the toxins out of my system. Can't wait to get started on that.
