high-CBD/low-THC strains took place over a seven-year period. It was done in order to reduce the amount of naturally occurring THC down to a level that classified it as “industrial hemp” (less than 0.3%.)

CBD is a unique ingredient; in that it works with very small amounts. Certain effects can be met with as little as a few milligrams, so it is best to start with a small
dose and slowly increase as needed. Taking too much was shown in many of the studies to lessen the effect of the ingredient. This is another reason product in tinctures (dropper bottles) are very appropriate for the ingredient
as they can be dosed in small or large amounts.
