BSafe does many things!

B-Safe reduces inflammation.

Today I received my first bottle of BSafe capsules.
I did not even open it. I just put it on the counter.

It was time to go to my massage therapy appointment.
My shoulders have really been hurting since I was using the battery operated tree trimming chain saw for 1.5 hours straight last week.

Therapist said I stretched my rotor cup tendons further then they are used to. 
Oh man did she inflict pain!!!
So I came home and put ice on it as instructed.

AND IT HURT WORSE NOW
So I remembered reading a post on Facebook about a person who also went for a massage and came home hurting an was told to take a BSafe pill that it would be good for relieving inflammation.

So I grabbed my bottle of B-Safe and opened it up.
Grabbed ONE capsule and drank a large glass of water.
30 minutes later MY PAIN WAS GONE.

I then took another B-SAFE a couple hours later before my supper.
Here it is 7PM and I have NO SHOULDER PAIN - NONE!

I love it when I find a great product that allows me NOT to buy the other stuff for pain that has side effects that I don't want. I can now relieve my  pain with BSafe.

From reading the info on the product. It says that it is an antioxidant, daily cleanser, immune booster and more. Wow that's a lot of stuff in one product. I like that! You get your moneys worth for sure.

Well I guess you could call this a BSafe review. 
It passes with flying colors in my book!

Energy Drinks ?

ARG! Have you ever READ the ingredients in those things!

The caffeine in energy drinks is off the charts!

And then there is  more energy producing stuff in them. I drank one and I could not sleep all night!

My heart was beating so fast and I was scared I was going to have to go the hospital.

Now I read on the internet where people are drinking them and passing away from them!

One monster energy drink contains 240mg of caffeine. WOW!
That is like drinking 7 Cokes or 7 cups of coffee.
Some health experts say the caffeine content in energy drinks can be as high as 550 mg. OMG!!!

Your body is not built to take that much caffeine.

There is a better way to get energy. A much healthier way. It's what I do.

I take 1 capsule of B-Lite mid morning and if I need another, I will take another mid afternoon.
The energy is a feel good energy. I know you will like it. It beats drinking those nasty tasting energy drinks for sure!

B-Lite Monday

It was certainly a B-Lite Monday !

What a hectic Monday I had. Tons of emails to catch up on. Follow up emails to do.
Calls coming in. Calls needed to be returned. Web page needed to be updated. Bills needed to be paid.

Luckily I had my B-Lite. I always take one mid morning. This morning I NEEDED MY B-LITE.

B-Lite is my Daily Energizer

Its been a busy time for me. I am so glad I have the B-Lite capsules. I usually only need one of the B-Lite Daily Energizer and I have plenty of energy to get thru the day. But sometimes on a VERY busy day I take another B-Lite mid day. I really love this product.

B-Lite also curbs my sweet tooth. I can pass on a brownie now. I eat less now.
I have lost a few inches too. With summer here, that is so welcomed :)

Soon I will be adding the B-Safe to help build my immune system and clean the toxins out of my system. Can't wait to get started on that.

B-Lite

B-Lite is my feel good energy in a bottle!

B-lite from Nutrisail – I tried it & I love it!
I personally took ONE CAPSULE early in the morning before breakfast.
Once I was done with my breakfast, I had so much energy I had to do something!
I worked out at our home Gym for 45 minutes then drank a ton of water and went out and helped my husband cut and clear some trees for 2 hours.
Then we came in and I made dinner and I was still energized so I got on the elliptical for another 15 minutes. I slept like a baby that night!!!

I love what B-Lite does for me. It has curbed my appetite too.
I have not lost the 5 pounds I want to loose yet because I have only been on it a week.

But I have talked with many who have lost weight with BLite.
